Our two remarkable projects are completing the interior construction of a 1,200-seater Chinese restaurant in 26 days, and the turn-key of a 305-room hotel in 48 days. Besides, we excellently finished the diamond-shape façade construction of an Australia hotel within the scheduled time. In year 2025, Fochew has completed a challenging curtain wall construction project for the Johor Bahru landmark - the Space Residency and Novotel in Taman Century, Johor which involves tall height and distinctive design.
